Wade and Karlee planted Element Church in Hayward in 2011.  They have 2 kids and love  their community, their church, and hanging out with friends!

The Poppe Family has been with Element Church since the beginning, Morgan serves many roles in our tribe.  Her and her husband Mike have three kids (and one son in law) and a pup name Clementine.  If you don't see her at a coffee shop, check for their boat out on Round Lake!

Alli Parr leads ElementStudentMinistry [ESM]!  She is passionately driven to see high school/middle school students become dedicated followers of Jesus.  Alli does an amazing job making the scripture come alive, helping students apply the bible to everyday life, and developing student leaders. 

Stephanie Newcomb leads our children's ministry!  She is passionate about seeing children discipled in a fun and tangible way!  Stephanie plans activities, lessons, and fun for ages 9 months thru 5th grade so they will leave on a Sunday knowing more about Jesus and encouraged to share The Good News at home and with friends!  
Steph and her family enjoy hosting people at their home and spending time on the water together!
