The sermon explored the critical importance of transparency and purity in marriage through the lens of Genesis 3. We examined how sin caused Adam and Eve to hide from God rather than confide in Him, and how this same pattern threatens our marriages today. Just as no one plans to ruin their marriage at the altar, we must intentionally protect our covenant by choosing confession over concealment. This message challenges us to understand that marriages don't fail overnight—they drift when we allow secrets to replace transparency, creating distance between spouses just as sin created distance between humanity and God.
