FOUNDATION: Justification is GOD'S WORK not ours!
Oct 11, 2026 • Wade Bishop
In Week 5 of our FOUNDATION Series, we look at the core gospel truth of justification: being made right with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
Justification is God’s work, not ours. We cannot earn forgiveness, approval, or righteousness—but through the finished work of Christ, God declares believers “not guilty” and gives us peace with Him.
Key Scripture: Romans 5:1
“Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
In this message, we’ll see that justification is a gift to receive, a finished work of Jesus, and the starting point for a transformed life.
Trust the finished work of the cross—Jesus is enough.
